After her father and mother (investigative journalists for *Kinkyo News*) were murdered, little Yoshizawa wasn't simply erased; she was banished beyond the *Wall*.

The *Ink*, however, did not consume her. Driven by the rage of losing her parents and a burning desire to "speak the truth," she was infused with the blood of a *Discard* born from the memories of a former war reporter. Her Ink tattoos granted her a unique power no one had ever seen before.

The two black horns on her head are not decorations, but *organic antennas* grown from the Ink-rot. With these horns, she is able to summon a tiny, floating *Ink-monster*. The monster's eye acts as Kuroha's camera: whatever the creature sees, Kuroha broadcasts in real-time through her mind and her chest tattoos as a *pirate transmission* to all nearby TVs, radios, projectors, and even walkie-talkies.
